SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship domestically and internationally.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 3-10 days for delivery depending on destination.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with DHL. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.
Please note customs duties apply for all international orders apart from the GCC countries, they are not included in the final price and are calculated depending on your country’s policies and regulations.
A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to DHL.
Buyer is Importer of Record
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes UNBRANDED to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees UNBRANDED may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
RETURNS // REFUNDS // EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from UNBRANDED. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit or a refund for any returned merchandise. Returns are NOT accepted for sale items/discounted orders, in the case of requesting a refund for items bought during a buy one get one at x% off sale and returned one for reasons such as: size not suitable, size too big, size too small, damaged item, wrong item, wrong size, or you no longer want the item, then the sale will no longer be applicable and the price of the x% off item will be refunded to you - even if the returned item is the higher priced item.
Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 3 days from receipt of merchandise.
The client is responsible for the delivery charges for any return unless the client received the wrong or a faulty order.
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a 100 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return in 1-5 business days, and you will be notified via email.
Refunds: Once a return has been approved, you will receive an automatic refund back to your original payment method. The automatic refund could take 1-14 business days, if your bank declines it, we will contact you to conduct a manual refund by transferring to your bank account. This process could take an additional 1-7 business days.
No exchanges at the moment, only returns. Once your return has been processed, you can place another order as the exchange.
If the item(s) you received are incorrect, missing, or defective, you must contact us at hi@unbrandedsa.com within 10 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. After the 10 days have passed, Unbranded is no longer held responsible.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.

SALES TAX
No taxes at the moment.
CANCELLATIONS
If your order hasn't shipped, we can cancel your order anytime per your request. Note a 2% of the entire order amount fee applies.
